Session-Aware Slug Workflow

Summary

Abbey sessions can now start from a human-readable title. The toolkit derives one slug, uses it for both the session update and journal, and stores it in the session record.

Accomplishments

• Added title-derived slugs to session update and capture.
• Added an explicit --slug override for intentional filename control.
• Preserved existing positional-slug commands.
• Ensured session and journal filenames always share the resolved slug.
• Added focused regression coverage across all three commands.

Lessons Learned

• Existing session metadata is enough to preserve session identity; a separate mutable state file would create unnecessary coordination.
• Deriving a value once and passing it through related commands is safer than repeating equivalent transformation logic.

Next Steps

• Evaluate broader session-aware state only when practical workflow use exposes another repeated handoff that the session update cannot represent.
